Challenge:

To train employees in a process to organize large (10+) group meeting with optimal attendance. Organizing a group meeting of more than 3 people for a meeting can be tedious and time consuming without the use of an online scheduling tool.

Solution:

This interactive course to train employees on how to use the online scheduling tool Doodle takes less than 30 minutes to complete and can be used as an off-the-shelf solution for any organization. It goes over how to create and share a Doodle poll, determine best time for meetings, and best practices for organizing large group meetings.

Result:

The intended outcome of this course is for employees to be able to create, distribute, and identify a meeting time with the online scheduling tool Doodle.
